About Liberty All
Our Mission
"To faithfully proclaim the truth of the Bible, disciple believers into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, and demonstrate His love through acts of service and outreach. We seek to be a beacon of hope and light in our community, standing firm on the unchanging Word of God."
Our Community
At Liberty All Church, we believe in community, and in coming together to support one another. We offer many programs and events. These include weekly worship services and Bible studies. There are also Vacation Bible School, Veterans' programs, and social gatherings.
Our Outreach
As believers, we are called to serve others and make a positive impact in the world. At Liberty All Church we are committed to outreach in Carroll County and the surrounding area.

Jennifer Sauer is an ordained minister, counselor, and coach. She is also president of Divine Purpose Institute. Jennifer has a master's in Clinical Christian Counseling. She also has a bachelor's in Christian education. Jennifer is the founder of Renew Ministry, a non-profit. Dedicated to providing counseling, education, healing, and hope.
